Wine Tasting in Paso Robles

We went up this past weekend for a fun wine tasting in Paso Robles. Yvette's boys dad owns a bed and breakfast up their and we went to stay for the weekend. There were four rooms and 8 of us, so we pretty much had run of the place. We started the day off with target shooting, and then headed off to four vineyards. We had beautiful weather and such a great time.

Rob got best in style
Curtis fixing the scope

Colby giving the run down on his gun

Laura gave it a go.

Tawny was like a pro

Don't ask, it just seemed like a good idea

Ready for wine tasting

Colby and me

Rob and Laura

Curtis and Yvette

The first winery, Dauo, had a beautiful view

The chairs were made from old wine barrels

We could not have asked for better weather

Curtis and Yvette are members of the wine club, so we had special seating

Wine tasting at Oso Libre

Enjoying lunch outside

There are Alpaca, sheep and cows roaming the grounds

Enjoying a glass of wine

Curtis and Yvette set up a drive for us for the day

This little guy was adorable

Lago Giuseppe was our third stop

The boys somehow managed to convince the owner that they should be able to fish for some bass

Colby got his hook stuck in the tree, there are no trees out in the middle of the ocean!

Miles is a pro bass fisherman, he caught the only fish!

Curtis and Yvette set up a private chef back at the bed and breakfast

Our menu for the night

The salad was so delicious

I somehow missed a picture of the main course, but dessert was delicious.
