Mother's Day

Mother's Day was such a fun, relaxing day. We stared out with a bike ride to see Colby's mom. Then rode down to the shore and had hot dogs. Afterwards we walked over to the beach and had the kids play in the sand. Raif finally got used to the sand and then decided to eat it! Bailey started a seashell collection. We rode home, Raif had his nap, I got to go to the grocery store by myself, then we headed over to my mom's house. We dined on filet mignon, twice baked potatoes, corn on the cob, and had Polly's Pie for dessert! Such a great day. Colby and I are so blessed with such great moms.
On a side note, my mom's mom, fell two weeks ago and we just found out she broke her hip. She is having surgery as a write this. Hopefully they can mend her hip, she will recover, and all will go smoothly. As most of you know, my Grandma has Alzheimer's, and this will not be an easy recovery. She does not know what is going on, please help us pray that she will recover from this with as little confusion as possible, and come out with a hip that will let her walk again.
